The Chairman Ilmo Sanat Trust Sir. Aziz Zulfiqar was born on 20th Jan, 1930 in Gujranwala. After his graduation in 1949, he got a degree of L.L.B from University Law College, Lahore in, 1955. He was appointed a member of Fedral council by General Mohammad Zia-ul-haq in 1983 from 1984--88, he remained the chairman of Fedration of Pakistan Chembers of Commerce and Industries and Vice President of International Islamic Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Commodity Excahnge.

In 1981--84 and in 86, he went to Switzerland as the leader of Trade in an international conference. In 1986, he was invited by Germany in an international Conference on the topic of "The Trends of Direct Investment of Foreign Countries".
In 1987, he signed a Trad Treaty with Russia an the Behalf of the Government of Pakistan. In 1987, he remained with General Zial-ul-Haq in his tours to Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Thailand and Jordan and addressed in Istunbol on behalf of the President of Pakistan.
In 1988, he was appointed as Chairman of National Disinvetment Authority by Government of Pakistan. Till now, he was made exclusive visits of Asia, Europe, Africa, North America and Australia. Now-a-days, he is doing well as the Chairman of ILMO SANAT TRUST and Rafiq Anwar Memorial Trust Hospital, Gujranwala. |
